Can anyone tell I forgot to take my medication today?!

"Experimental recipe" -- turned out fantastic, but I don't have exact measurements.

2tbsp cooking oil
3 green onions sliced finely.
1 baby bok choy
3 cups mung beans (after being soaked over night)
a bunch of asparagus
1 medium potato
salt water (1tsp to 1cup water)
spinach Punjab sauce

1. heat cooking oil on medium heat in a deep skillet.  When warm, add veggies. let cook for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally.
2. cover veggies with salt water, bring to a low boil, then let simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until water is nearly gone.
3. Add in enough punjab sauce to lightly coat the veggies. Serve with Naan.

Naan - flat bread

1/4oz active yeast
1tsp sugar
3tbsp warm water
4cups flour
1tbsp salt
1cup warm milk
2 eggs or the equivalent in egg replacer. 
cooking oil.

1. In a small dish combine the yeast warm water and sugar, stir gently. (if you use active yeast, let rest for 5-10 minutes, if using bread machine yeast  let sit 3-5minutes).
2. In a large bowl combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the flour. add milk, eggs, yeast mixture and a tablespoon of oil.
3. Knead dough for 5-10 minutes. let rise in lightly oiled bowl , covered with a damp cloth, until it doubles in size. Separate bread into 8-10 balls. cover and let rise for 10 minutes.
4. roll out on oiled surface, make sure they get very thin! Cook in a pan or in the oven, until they are golden brown with some darker spots.  Serve immediately!
