At the park

Yesterday we set out to have a bit of fun. We went for a drive. We went on Marine Dr, and we passed a lot of beautiful historic houses. And then all of a sudden we were in a neighborhood of press board shacks, run down RVs and hovels. It was a real shock that there was that level of destitution and quality of living so close. I feel so blessed to have all of the opportunities, services, and wonderful people around me that allows my family to live in a safe and secure household.
After that we went to the park and let the kids run wild for a while. It was a lot of fun!!!
