One mans garbage was my "treasure"!

This weekend was the 'move out date' for a lot of apartments. And so instead of garage sale-ing the contents of their apartments, many choose to leave things on the side of the road, marked "free". This last weekend such an idem came to us, it was a decent sized dresser, good lines, good condition, however it had the ugliest brown covering over its solid wood interior. So my sister and I decided to revamp the dresser. Spray painted it shiny and black. Now it is up in Kjeld's and My room!


Total cost: dresser ($0) + paint ($15) + time (1hr) = $15! Woot!
